Community Newsletter

We are currently looking for a volunteer homeowner to work with the HOA boards to publish a quarterly newsletter on this site. If you’d like to volunteer, please come to a board meeting or comment on this page.

We can’t do it all, and need people to get involved. If you’re interested, please let us know.

Please don’t contact me. I just want it known that the guys who care our grounds and keep them beautiful tend to not clean up after themselves. The recent change of the mulch resulted in bags being left in front my house on the side of my hedges and I have watched them walk by it on their last visit. Since then I have removed their trash, but I can still see mulch bags in back yards and around that they just don’t seem to care about when they are the ones who let it. Please address this ASAP

Thank you for letting us know about this. We will address it.

I came home today completely horrified at the amount of trash that was all over the street, in the bushes, and on the lawn. This happens every single garbage day. Waste Management is a terrible company and why they are responsible for our garbage pick up I will never know. Sometimes they even miss whole blocks so our garbage doesn’t get picked up for a week. I am sick and tired of paying almost $400 a month in HOA fees to get subpar leadership in this community and subpar amenities and cleanliness.

  • Vincent:

By the way Waste Mansgement failed to pick up my recyclables today.

  • Concerned Resident:

I received the new community newsletter and noticed the change in the gym rules.
Is the Club house manager or even the HOA even aware that there is a resident doing physical training for NON-residents?
I have noticed this is even posted in the gym rules but he is still able to train his own clients.
If this is allowed… I would like to start my physical training business and use the community gym…

Pershore Place is becoming a nightmare with new renters/new owners.
They double park at every hour, blocking driveways! Apts on the North side of Pershore Place have the advantage of easy access to visitors parking for friends and extra family members. Instead, they double park in the street blocking driveways. Example: Family just moved in the smallest Unit with three parking space, and their friends & family are blocking street. What happened to the parking enforcement team? Are you really sending warnings? We as owners and renters have to use common sense! HOA, please help!!

Did you get a reply from our HOA? Who monitors the problems in Hampton Hills so these things don’t happen?

  • Avon:

Does anyone have problems with their TV channels? Recently I can only get Channels 2 to 25. I contacted Comcast 3 times and each time I was told that these are the only channels included in our community package and if I want more channels I would have to upgrade. I don’t think this is true since I had access to Channels 26 to 75 and more up until last week. Can someone please help me solve this problem? Thank you.

    To Avon,
It sounds like you need a digital converter. I believe you should be getting “basic cable” unless they recently changed their offering. I also know that, without a converter box from Comcast (they should provide you with a basic one for free), you will only get up to channel 25. Perhaps ask them about this.

    Merry Christmas to all..!!

I am concern to see children in the Complex street riding a motorized mini bike. Worry because it’s too small and you can’t see these babies. I’ve noticed that parents are not paying attention to the safety of their children and how dangerous it can be for them and drivers, riding this mini bikes in the street.
